I. Spring AAU Teams
Who: Boys & Girls / Grades 3-11
Team Tryouts: Late February/Early March
Regular Season: March - July
II. Fall Teams
Who: Boys & Girls / Grades 3-12
Team Tryouts: Mid August
Regular Season: September - October
III. Winter Teams
Who: Boys & Girls / Grades 2-6
Team Tryouts: Mid September

CINCY SHOCK SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAM
Training for athletes would like to play varsity or college basketball in the future.
The training program is open to Shock and non-Shock players 3rd – 12th grades.
Players can participate in one or multiple sessions based on their schedules and level of interest.
Spring Sessions (March-May): these workouts focus on skills development and application during AAU season.
Summer Sessions (June-August): these workouts focus on growing your skills during the off season.
Fall Sessions (Sept-Oct): these workouts focus on preparing you for school tryouts.
Winter Sessions (Nov-Feb): these workouts are a great supplement to your team/school practices.
There are a limited number of openings per session and they are accepted on a first come basis. Interested players should email Coach Greg (firstname.lastname@example.org) to register.
